Terms & Conditions

Payments & Security Deposit

• A non-refundable down payment is required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance due before or at pickup

Security Deposit:

• $1,500 for RVs
• $1,000 for camper vans
• Must be held on a credit card (no debit cards)

Deposit Timing:

• Pre-authorized 2 days before departure
• Typically released within 7 days after trip ends, if no damage claims
• May not appear as a refund (hold release only)

Prohibited Use

• No smoking ($250 minimum fee)
• No pets allowed
• No towing
• No climbing on the roof
• No off-roading
• No illegal activities

Reservations & Changes

• Rates not guaranteed until deposit is received
• Changes may result in updated pricing
• Failure to pick up = non-refundable cancellation

Cancellations

• Down payments are non-refundable
• Additional cancellation terms may apply

Liability

• Renter responsible for:
  All damages
  Insurance deductible
  Any uncovered losses

Vehicle Substitution

• Jumbo Campers may substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle if needed
• No refunds for differences in size or features
